Steps to be followed to open account on telegram and subscribe channel:-

Step 1 -- Open Google Playstore and type "Telegram"

 

Step 2---- Click install button 

 

Step 3----- Add your name and phone number through which you want to access telegram

 Step 4---- This step is important.After account creation,click on link  https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAFdfERT10xdgFc6dng  

 

Click Ok and now you joined the channel
